Our aim is to despatch Goods on the same day or at the very latest the next working day after receiving your order. We will send Your order first class recorded or normal first class (depending on value of order) delivery with Royal Mail or by a private courier if over 2Kg.
Royal Mail first class recorded, do generally provide a very good service and deliver most goods the next day, although we cannot guarantee this. For heavier and more expensive orders we use a courier service so goods will be dispatched the next/same day for delivery the following day. At present we use either ParcelForce 24, City Link or DHL for our courier services. Heavier goods to Northern Island, Highland and Islands may be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels as we have found this to be the most cost effective and efficient service.
Deliveries will generally require a signature as proof of delivery, so if you’re not in and there is no one to leave the Goods with, you may be asked to collect the Order from your local collection office in the case of Royal Mail, or Your nearest depot in the case of a private courier.
Delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and the delivery address that you give when you place your order
We do ship International orders.
To get a shipping quote you need to register on the website and the shop software will calculate the cost of your order based upon it's weight and destination and display the total cost in the cart.
All orders over 2kg will be sent byeither Parceforce, DHL or similar courier service which is a fully trackable secure service who offer a fast efficient international shipping service.
If you’ve not received your order within 7 working days of receiving the despatch e-mail please contact us immediately.
We advise you to check the contents of the order with the inventory sent with the goods. Please note condition of the contents should be checked before signing for their reciept, where applicable contents damaged should be written in the signature box. Claims for damaged in transit may not be processed if this has not been recorded.
If goods are damaged or faulty please inform us within 3 working days of receiving your order.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount you paid for that item.
All we ask is that you inform us by email or post and return the product within 7 working days from the day after receipt. We will send you a return code and return address. Write the return code on the outside of the packaging, and then return the product to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for a full refund less carriage charges. We recommend using an insured delivery service.
Returns must be made within 7 working days of delivery.
You should allow up to 21 days from receipt by us of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will normally refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
